GREATER OZARKS MUSIC FESTIVAL

An evening full of Blues kicked off by the 2018 Memphis Bound BSO IBC representative bands Vanity Box and Ghost Mountain Revival!
Make your plans to hear some of the best Blues artists in the nation as the Greater Ozarks Blues Society presents the Greater Ozarks Music Festival.
*Please bring a lawn chair, the weather is going to be great: 80’s during the day ad 60’s at night. Summers at the River will be selling all beverages including beer.
*Prohibited items include coolers, outside beverages, firearms or weapons of any kind.
*Rib Crib is the food vendor for this year’s event.
*Keep your ticket stubs as a drawing will be happening in between each band for prizes!
*The first 35 kids that participate in the Blues in Schools segment get a free harmonica.
BOB MARGOLIN TRIO
The legendary blues man, Vizztone founder, and former member of the Muddy Waters band brings his trio to the Ozarks for the first time! Resting on a firm bedrock of Blues tradition and songwriting, "Steady Rollin'" Bob Margolin is an American musical treasure.
David Julia is a extremely talented Blues guitar slinger from Florida. As a nationally touring artisit, David brings his brand of new blood Blues to the Ozarks with amazing guitar virtuosity!
Missouri based Blues boogie band, the Belairs bring hip shaking blues to this year's festival. It simply isn't possible to not dance when the Belairs take the stage!
The ever popular brothers return to Springfield with a rootsy Americana groove to shake that could make the Mark Twain National Forest shake and shimmy!
Springfield cover band Thrillfall is fueled by powerful female vocalist Kristin Donar and will close out the night with a party full of cover rock and pop songs spanning over several decades.
